I work with e-commerce and lead generation businesses with a minimum monthly ad spend of £2,000. Below that threshold, it's genuinely difficult to generate enough data to make the kind of optimisations that move the needle — and I'd rather be upfront about that than take on a client I can't do my best work for.
At most agencies, your account is handed to a junior who's managing 30 other clients and following a template. With me, you're dealing with someone who has 10 years of hands-on experience, manages a small roster of clients deliberately, and actually cares about your results. You'll have my direct contact — no account managers in between.
You can see traffic from day one, but properly optimised results typically take 4–8 weeks as the campaigns collect data and we refine from there. If there's an existing account with history, we can often find quick wins much faster. I'll always give you an honest expectation during our consultation — not a number designed to win your business.
Both. The audit is a one-off project — you get the full report and recommendations, and you can run with it yourself or bring me in to implement. Ongoing management is a monthly retainer starting from £450/month. Coaching can be a single hour (£99) or a full day in-house with your team (£450).
